ELAN 30 - Elastane yarn feeder
Application
The ELAN 30 is designed for the positive feeding of elastane. It is mainly installed on stocking, hosiery and body stocking knitting machines.
The extremely low yarn tensions (down to approx. 0.1 cN) possible with the unit mean that very fine gauge elastane yarns can be fed positively to a knitting machine. The yarn is wound off cylindrical bobbins. This results in soft, curl-products of uniformly high quality.
