LMT 7 - Multifunktionstester
Anwendung
Der LMT 7 ist ein elektronisches Messgerät zur Überwachung des Fadeneinlaufs auf Softwarebasis. Er erfasst und kontrolliert Produktionsdaten an Rundstrickmaschinen mit kontinuierlichem Verbrauch von Grundgarnen mit und ohne Elastangarn, die positiv zugeführt werden.

MPF IP

ST adapter and terminal box
The ST adapter and terminal box are the communication interface between the LMT 7 software, the pulse generators (MPF IP, MER IP and IP measuring roller tower), the infeed measuring wheel and the machine revolution sensor.
Infeed measuring wheel with magnetic stand
The infeed measuring wheel is used to measure the stretch of the elastane yarn between the feeder and the yarn guide.
