MNC 2 - Needle Controller

Application

The optical needle sensor on the MNC 2 immediately detects broken or damaged needles and stops the machine. The MNC 2 consists of a control unit, a machine cycle sensor and up to two needle sensors. The machine is programmed using the control unit, which also shows the exact position of broken or damaged needles.
