07.06.2010 Success in lawsuit in Korea

Memminger-IRO succeeded in the lawsuit against the patent infringement of patent no. 29468 in Korea of company Dae Ryook Machine Cooperation.

In the judgement of October 19, 2009 the Supreme Court rejected the appeal of the opponent. The judgement of Damage Compensation Suit has been executed in February, 2010.

The philosophy of Memminger-IRO, to offer innovative high quality products to its customers is supported by an active patent policy. The company owns approx. 500 property rights and will still consequently pursue patent infringements in future.
