The sensor system monitors stationary and running yarn

The self-learning MIS constantly monitors all the threads on the knitting machine. The system can be used on any type of knitting machine.

A clip system enables easy fitting of individual sensors on the yarn infeed selected. The system consists of a holder, a yarn tensioner, yarn guides, an interface and an operator control panel.

The sensor system will monitor both stationary and running yarn. The system checks all the yarns currently in use before the knitting is started.

The sensors have a very rapid response time. This means that the system can be used to monitor all yarns even on the smallest patterns.
