The requirements placed upon the coating by different loads can be met by various coating systems. Our most frequently used systems with the corresponding coating materials cover a wide range of problems.

Depending on the coating system 3.0 – 7.0 %

Coating thickness:

At least 60 µm Max.: depending on the coating system up to 1000 µm recommended.

Surfaces:

Spray coarse = Ra 6 µm medium = Ra 4 µm fine = Ra 1.5 µm Finer surface qualities upon request.
